The basic terms for using Squawk.

These terms cover the public marketing site, the waitlist, supporter checkout, and the current demo preview.

1. Scope of use

Squawk is a learning product preview for pilots and early supporters. It is not an in-flight tool and not operational guidance.

2. Waitlist and supporter access

Users may join the waitlist by submitting an email address. Supporter tiers are optional one-time purchases that help fund the first release. Each purchase reserves an access code. Once Squawk releases, redeem the code to start the tier's included access. When all included months in a tier are used, any tier-specific discounted membership period starts automatically unless canceled before renewal.

3. Product limitations

Public previews, screenshots, and demo states reflect the build in progress and may change before launch. Nothing on the site should be used as a substitute for instructors, approved materials, or current procedures.

4. Refunds and changes

Supporter purchases are digital pre-launch purchases. Offer details may change before launch. Current pricing, timing, and tier details are shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Billing questions and refund requests can be sent to support@flysquawk.com.
