We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or allowed by law.
Waitlist emails and account-related records may be kept while you remain on the waitlist or have an account, unless deletion is requested and no legal, business, fraud-prevention, security, transaction, or recordkeeping reason requires retention.
If you unsubscribe or leave the waitlist, Squawk may keep a minimal suppression or preference record so we can honor your opt-out and avoid sending future marketing emails to the same address.
Purchase records, access-code records, friend-pass records, Stripe fulfillment records, transaction logs, email delivery logs, refund records, chargeback records, and related operational records may be kept for business, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, support, dispute, and legal recordkeeping purposes.
Demo transcripts are not intentionally stored by Squawk's current application flow after they are returned to your browser. If Squawk stores demo transcripts for feature operation, support, debugging, abuse prevention, or security review, they may be kept for up to one week unless a legal, security, or dispute reason requires longer retention. Raw demo audio is not stored by Squawk after transcription.
Analytics, cookie, local-storage, session-storage, and provider logs may be retained according to Squawk's settings, browser behavior, provider settings, and provider retention practices.
